The Subject Of The Order Is: 1) Successive Delivery Of License Plates In Quantities As Listed Below: A) Car Plates - 4,650 Sets/9,300 Pieces/, B) Motorcycle Plates - 550 Pieces, C) Moped Plates - 150 Pieces, D) Individual Plates - 100 Pieces,E) Plates For Electric And Hydrogen-Powered Vehicles - 30 Pieces,F) Professional Plates - 10 Pieces,G) Duplicate License Plates - 160 Pieces, H) Additional Car Plates - 300 Pieces, I) Reduced Plates - 30 Pieces, J) Historic Boards - 10 Pieces, K) Temporary Boards - 800 Pieces. The Order Will Be Implemented Successively, In Accordance With The Unit Prices Proposed By The Contractor In The Offer. The Actual Number Of Boards Will Depend On The Current Needs Of The Ordering Party, And Specifying The Maximum Nominal Value In The Contract Cannot (In The Event Of Smaller Needs) Be The Basis For Claims From The Contractor.2. The Boards That Are The Subject Of The Order And Their Deliveries Must Meet The Requirements Contained Directly In: - The Act Of June 20, 1997, Road Traffic Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1047, As Amended), - The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of 3 August 2022 On The Registration And Marking Of Vehicles And Requirements For License Plates And Templates Of Other Documents Related To Vehicle Registration (Journal Of Laws Of 2022, Item 1847, As Amended), - Regulation Of The Minister Of Transport, Construction And Maritime Economy Of May 2, 2012 On The Conditions Of Production And Method Of Distribution Of License Plates And Legalization Marks (Journal Of Laws Of 2022, Item 1885, As Amended), - Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of March 12, 2019 On The Conditions Of Production And Method Of Distribution Of Professional Registration Plates And Legalization Marks And The Procedure For Legalizing Professional Registration Plates (Journal Of Laws Of 2019, Item 547). In The Event Of A Change In The Requirements Specified In Current Legal Provisions, The Contractor Will Produce And Deliver Plates According To The New Applicable Patterns. The Delivered Boards Must Be Made In Accordance With The Current Technical Requirements Specified By Law. 3. Delivery Of The Subject Of The Order Includes The Execution, Delivery And Unloading Of The Subject Of The Order On The Dates And At The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party. The Ordering Party Allows For Changes In The Quantities Of Individual Types Of Boards If Justified Needs Arise, As Long As This Does Not Affect The Overall Value Of The Order. 4. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Collect Withdrawn/Used/ License Plates Free Of Charge And Dispose Of Them In Accordance With Applicable Regulations.5. For The Purposes Of Proper Performance Of This Order, The Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party With An Application For Electronic Ordering Of License Plates Free Of Charge For The Duration Of The Contract.6. Free Lending And/Or Provision Of An Application Enabling Electronic Placing Of Orders For License Plates. The Contractor Will Also Ensure Training Of At Least 2 People In The Proper Operation Of The Application. The Ordering Party Requires That The Application Has At Least The Following Functional Features: - The Ability To Automatically Create Orders For All Required Types Of Boards, Also For Duplicates (Simple, Intuitive Order Form) With The Possibility Of Sending Them Electronically, - Electronic Order Acceptance, - Automatic Verification Of Distinguishing Features Already Used - Protection Against Errors In Orders, The So-Called Number Management (The Application Must Enable Tracking Which Registration Numbers Have Already Been Ordered And Prevent The Same Plate Numbers From Being Ordered Again), - Order Records And Verification Of The Value And Quantity Of The Contract Implementation Status, - Database Of All Available Distinguishing Features - Resulting From The Regulations Of The Ministry Of Infrastructure Regarding Registration And Marking Of Vehicles, Moreover: - Before Signing The Contract, The Contractor Will Submit A Declaration That He Has The Copyright/License To The Proposed Application Authorizing It To Be Loaned Free Of Charge To The Ordering Party In Order To Perform The Contract, - The Application Will Be Delivered And Installed Or Made Available To The Ordering Party Within 7 Days From The Date Of Signing The Contract, - The Contractor Undertakes To Provide Free Updates Of The Application In The Event Of Changes In Regulations And (Or) The Need To Expand Its Functionality Throughout The Duration Of The Contract. The Deadline For Adapting The Application To The Applicable Regulations Will Not Exceed The Date Of Entry Into Force Of Changes In The Regulations, - The Contractor Undertakes To Train At Least 2 People To Properly Operate The Application Within 2 Weeks From The Date Of Signing The Contract, - The Contractor Undertakes To Provide Application Service For The Duration Of The Contract. The Cost Of The Service Is Borne By The Contractor, Except When The Fault Is The Fault Of The Ordering Party As A User - In The Event Of Problems With The Proper Functioning Of The Application, The Contractor Undertakes To Remove The Problem/Fault Within 3 Business Days From The Date Of Reporting. Defects Can Be Reported By Phone, Fax Or E-Mail. The Ordering Party Will Provide A 24-Month Warranty For The Delivered Boards.
