The Purpose Of Developing And Preparing The Functional And Utility Program Constituting The Subject Of Part No. 1 Of The Order Is: 1) Description Of The Construction Task Together With The Purpose Of The Completed Construction Works And The Technical, Economic, Architectural, Material And Functional Requirements Imposed On Them; 2) Determining The Planned Costs Of Design Works And Planned Costs Of Construction Works;3) Including Information On The Obligation For The Contractor Carrying Out Design And Construction Works To Obtain Decisions, Arrangements, Opinions And Permits For The Ordering Party, If Obtaining Them Will Be Necessary At The Stage Of Design Preparation And Implementation Of Construction Works Performed In The Design And Build System.4 . For The Performance Of Construction Works For The Task Titled: Consolidation Of Land Located In The Area Of ​​The Village Of Chorzów, Roźwienica Commune Under The Rural Development Program For 2014-2020, Implemented In The Design And Build Formula.
