Tenders are invited for Supply of Office Furniture (Office Furniture including Cabinets, Almirahs, Book Racks, Tables, Chairs) Applications are invited up to 27.12.2023 from manufacturers, contractors and suppliers within the Western Province who wish to register with the Measurement Units, Standards and Services Department for the supply of undermentioned goods and services for year 2024. Relevant application forms and all details may be obtained either by calling over at the Accounts Division of the Measurement Units, Standards and Services Department, Mahenawatta. Pitipana. Homagama or downloaded from the official website of this department (https://www.measurementsdept.gov.lk) by accessing the Downloads. A non-refundable fee of Rs. 500.00 should be paid for every application. That amount may either be paid to the Shroff Counter of the Accounts Division of this Department or credited to Account No. 407320 maintained at the Homagama Branch of Bank of Ceylon. Applicants may apply for one or more items of goods or services and they should be entered correctly as per the numbers in the application. The caption, "Registration of Suppliers - 2024" should be mentioned on the left-hand top corner of the envelope containing the application.
