For registration, a self prepared application should be submitted and a registration fee of Rs. 2500/- should be paid on working days between 9.00 a.m. and 3.00 p.m. to the Head Office and a receipt should be obtained or else may be paid only by a cheque and sent to the Municipal Commissioner, Dambulla Municipal Council, Dambulla. Cheques should be drawn in favour of Municipal Commissioner, Dambulla Municipal Council, Dambulla and the caption, Registration of Suppliers and Contractors - 2024 should be mentioned on the left-hand top corner of the envelope containing the application.
