Redland City Council Requires An External Service Provider For Internal Audit (Ia) Services To Be Delivered As Either An End-To-End Internal Audit Service Or A Co-Sourced Internal Audit Function. The Responses To This Request For Proposal (Rfp) Will Assist To Inform The Decision On Which Engagement Strategy Council Will Adopt (End-To-End Or Co-Sourced).The Service Provider Will Have Specialist Skills And Relevant Experience In Internal Auditing, Including The Maintenance Of Comprehensive Working Papers And Reporting The Findings To Management And The Audit And Risk Management Committee.The Internal Audits Will Examine Risks, Legislative Compliance, Controls Put In Place By The Organisation, Processes, And Systems Through All Stages Of The Internal Audit Project Cycle, Including Making Recommendations Which Contribute To Improved Business Performance And Value For Money Objectives.Refer To Rfp Documents For Detailed Information, Noting If The The Opportunity Is Suitable, Complete Part B Of The Rfp To Submit A Response.
