The Aim Of The Tender Is To Conclude A Framework Agreement For Casambi Lighting Programming. The Programming Takes Place On Site In The Buildings Of The University Of M nster. The Programming Is Accessed By Project Or Building. Each Project Should Start No Later Than 3 Weeks After Announcement. The Casambi Programming That Already Exists In Buildings At The University Of M nster Must Be Continued In The Same Way. The Volume Of Programming Work (15,000 Nodes) Specified In The Document Service Description Part 2_Price Sheet Is Only An Estimate; A Complete Retrieval Is Not Possible Be Guaranteed. The Actual Quantity Called Off Can Vary Both Upwards And Downwards. The Framework Contract Begins On The Day The Contract Is Awarded In Writing By The Client, Unless A Different Contract Start Date Is Agreed Upon By Both Parties. Once The Contract Has Been Awarded, It Is Already Valid Without Signatures. The Framework Contract Expires Automatically On December 31, 2025, Unless It Is Extended By The University Of M nster For 1 Year. The Maximum Contract Period Is Therefore 3 Years. The Estimated Maximum Value That Can Be Processed Via This Framework Agreement Within The Maximum Possible Contract Period Of Up To 3 Years (Including Contract Extension Option) Is 205,000 Euros Net. If This Value Is Reached, The Contract Ends Automatically Without The Need For Termination. However, Individual Orders Received Up To This Point Must Be Fulfilled.
