Work Detail
1. The Subject Of The Order Is To Repair The Existing Fire Alarm System (Ssp - Suction System) Together With The Sad Type Smoke Detection System And Adapt It To The Conditions Prevailing At The Municipal Waste Disposal Plant In Olsztyn, Ul. Lubelska 53 (Hereinafter: Zuok), In The Production Halls Of: The Mechanical Processing Segment (Smp), The Packaging Waste Sorting Plant (Soo), The Waste Acceptance Point (Ppo), In The Compressor And Supporting Equipment Room, In The Auxiliary Rooms Where The Ssp Is Installed, Which Is A Superior System Based On The Bosch-Fpa-5000 Control Panel With The Vesda Xcc-011 And Vesda Vlp400 Early Detection Systems (Including Detectors And A Remote Control Panel). 2. As Part Of The Order, The Contractor Will Replace The Following Elements Of The Current Fire Protection System: A) Internal Vlp Filters (Cartridges) B) Water And Dust Separators Along With The Installation C) Automatic Pipeline Blowing System D) Abs Pipes 3 M, External Diameter 25 Mm Red And All Types Of Necessary Connectors, Elbows, T-Sections, Etc. E) Refrigerant Dryer F) Pneumatic Actuators G) Assembly Elements Set 3. The Following Works Will Be Performed As Part Of The Repair: A) Connecting The Dryer And Compressor And Setting The Operating Configuration Of These Devices, B) Programming The Ssp System, C) Carrying Out Tests After The Repair, D) Dismantling The Old Piping, E) Installing New Piping F) Checking All Connections And Operating Elements Of The Installed Fire Protection Systems In The Halls And Rooms Indicated In Section 1 Above, G) The Use Of Automatic Blow-Throughs And The Selection Of The Appropriate Blow-Through Time Along With The Possibility Of Its Configuration, Which Will Ensure Continuity And A Uniform Method Of Securing The Ordering Partys Plant, Also With The Biological Processing Segment (Sbp) Hall, Where The Ordering Party Has Already Carried Out Repairs And Adaptation Of The System, H ) Commissioning, Checking The Interoperability With The Existing Bosch Fpa-5000 Signaling System And The Extinguishing System At The Border Of The Fire Zone, I) Calibration Of Compensators And Detectors After The Installation, J) Preparation Of As-Built Documentation With Approval By The Fire Protection Expert And Other Entities (If Applicable) Will Be Required) And Providing All Necessary Protocols For The Inspection And Operation Of The System And Signal Connections To The Appropriate Psp Unit If They Modify The Bosch Control Panel.4. The Contractor Will Update The Existing Ssp.5 Visualization System. The Contractor Will Provide All Necessary Materials And Logistics Equipment (Lift, Trolley, Etc.) To Complete The Order.6. The Ordering Party Requires The Restoration Of Full Functionality Of The Fire Alarm System Composed Of Bosch And Vesda Components. The Implementation Of The Order Is To Ensure The Functioning Of The Fire Alarm System, Which Will Be Resistant To The Conditions Prevailing In The Halls, Including Those That Imitate Fire Events (Fogging, Heavy Dust). At The Same Time, The System Is To Be Sensitive And Detect All Real Fire Threats Despite The Presence Of The Above-Mentioned. Conditions.7. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Ensure That The Solution Used To Repair The Fire Alarm System Is An Integral Part Of The Ssp/Bosch Vesda And Is Compatible With It - Full Integration Of The Subject Of The Order With The Above Is Required. Control Panel And Remote Panel. After Completing The Repairs, The System Is To Be Connected To All Fire Protection Systems Available At The Plant (Smoke Removal Systems, Sprinkler Installations, Fire Monitoring, Manual Fire Alarms, Fire Protection Power Switches). 8. The Contractor Is Fully Responsible For The Solution Used And Guarantees The Efficiency Of The System In The Conditions Prevailing In The Production Halls Of The Ordering Partys Plant. By Submitting The Offer, The Contractor Declares That He Is Familiar With The Conditions In The Production Halls Resulting From Both The Waste Processing Processes Carried Out By The Ordering Party And Those Arising During, For Example, Routine Cleaning And Cleaning Of Machines And Devices. The Ordering Party Emphasizes That It Is In These Conditions (Dustiness, Humidity) That Fire Hazards Will Be Detected. By Submitting The Offer, The Contractor Declares That The Repairs Carried Out By Him Will Guarantee 100% Sensitivity And Detection Of Real Fire Hazards Of The System, And At The Same Time The Systems Resistance To Imitation Of Fire Hazards, I.E. Dust, Fog And Others Resulting From The Specificity Of The Plant.9. As Part Of The Order, The Contractor Will Update The Fire Safety Instructions, Fire Scenario, As-Built Documentation And The Operation And Maintenance Manual For The Entire System Approved By The Fire Expert. The Documents Must Include Updates With Significant Changes If They Are Introduced To The System Being Repaired. Updating The Fire Safety Instructions And The Fire Scenario Requires The Approval Of The Ordering Party. The Contractor Is Also Obliged To Provide All Material Certificates Necessary To Complete The Task. 10. The Contractor Is Obliged To Present Reports On The Operational Efficiency Of All Repaired And Replaced Elements As Well As Reports On The Interaction Of These Elements With The Ordering Partys Fire Alarm System. 11. As Part Of The Order, The Contractor Will Train The Employers Staff And Take Part In Tests To Check The Correct Operation Of The Suction System, Smoke Exhaust System, Cut-Off Flaps, Manual Fire Alarms, Fire Protection Switches, Sprinklers, And Fire Monitoring. 12. The Assembly Will Take Place During The Plants Operation And May Not Negatively Affect The Production Process. The Plant Has Been Operating From 6:00 A.M. On Monday Until 6:00 On Saturday. Work May Be Performed 24 Hours A Day Or During A Break In The Plants Operation After Prior Arrangement With The Ordering Party. 13. When Executing The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Guarantee That: A) The Ssp System Will Operate Properly And Be Efficient; B) The Detected Threats Will Be Consistent With The Fire Scenario And Transferred To The State Fire Service, C) All Elements Of This System Will Be Integrated With The Control Panel, D ) The System Will Comply With Applicable Regulations And Will Successfully Pass All Acceptance Tests And Tests.14. The Repair And Adaptation Of The System Is To Meet Applicable Fire Protection Regulations15. The Contractor Will Provide A Two-Year Warranty For The Task In Question From The Moment Of Acceptance Of The Entire System. 16. By Submitting An Offer, The Contractor Confirms That He Has Received All Information Enabling Him To Submit A Complete Offer Taking Into Account The Full Scope Of The Contractors Services And Accepts That All Risks Related To A Possible Underestimation Of The Offer Scope Or Price Are Borne By The Contractor.
