The Purpose Of This Framework Agreement Is The Supply, Installation And Maintenance Of Interactive Digital Screens/Boards And Mobile Classrooms For Educational Use As Well As The Provision Of Associated Services. The Supplies And Services, The Subject Of This Framework Agreement, Meet The Current Needs Of The Greater Reims Urban Community And The City Of Reims And The Possible Needs Of Other Members Of The Purchasing Center. It Is Established For A Period Of 48 Months From Its Date Of Notification And No Earlier Than April 27, 2024. Without Prejudice To The Provisions Of Articles 47 And Following Of The Ccagtic, It Is Terminable On Each Anniversary Date By Decision Of The Centrale Purchase Notified To The Holder By Mail/Email With Acknowledgment Of Receipt Two (2) Months Before The End Of The Current Period.
