Building Construction Work - Total Contractor Services For The Construction Of A Multifunctional Building Haus Mühle In Eggersdorf. The Municipality Of Petershagen/Eggersdorf (Hereinafter Also The Client) Intends To Do So Awarding Of All Necessary Planning And Construction Services For The Construction Of A Modern Multifunctional Building And The Associated Outdoor Areas On One Property Of 9,465 M2, The Construction Area Is Approx. 2,178 M2, Between Mühlteich (In The North) And Karl-Marx-Strasse (In The South) In Eggersdorf To A General Contractor. That Too The Property To Be Built On Must Be Designed In Such A Way That The New Outdoor And Open Spaces Are Located Fit Harmoniously Into The Overall System. The Theme Of “Mill” Will Be Taken Up For The Building The Structure Should Be Based On A Historical Facade. By Awarding Planning And Construction To A Bidder, A High Level Of Economic Efficiency, Optimal Usability And A Short Construction Time Can Be Achieved. The Aim Is In Terms Of The Idea Of Sustainability, An Optimum In The Realization Of Ecological, Economical And Functional Qualities Based On Very Good Technical And Process Quality.
