Waka Kotahi requests information on the capacity of market providers to undertake annual network surveys. One of the core functions of Waka Kotahi is to maintain and manage the State Highway network. The State Highways Maintenance and Renewals Programme is a key part of this management. This programme sets out the planned work on the network. Reliable and accurate asset condition data is needed to build evidence based decision-making processes, work site selection and prioritisation in the programme.
