The Purpose Of This Consultation Is The Maintenance And Renovation Work On Basins And Electromechanical Sanitation Equipment On The Departmental Road Network. It Is Carried Out In The Form Of An Open Call For Tenders, Subject To The Provisions Of Articles R. 21131 To 3, R. 21241 And 2, R. 213116 And 17, R. 21611 To 5, R. 21621 To 6 And R. 216213 And 14 Of The Public Procurement Code. This Market Is Made Up Of 2 Geographical Lots. The Number Of Lots That Can Be Awarded To The Same Bidder Is Limited To 1 Lot, In Accordance With Article R. 21131 Of The Public Procurement Code. The Contract Is Concluded From The Date Prescribed By The Service Order Established By The Project Owner And Notified To The Holder And For A Period Of One Year. The Terms And Conditions Are Defined In The Consultation Regulations
