Repair, Maintenance And Associated Services Related To Marine And Other Equipment - Mechanical Maintenance Of The Inflatable Boats Of The Canary Islands Naval Command. The Tasks Covered In This File Constitute Activities Aimed At Putting Ready For The Rhib Type Inflatable Boats Of The Bam Of The Mn Of The Canary Islands Of The Canary Islands Diving Unit And The Canary Islands Security Unit In Order To Grant Them The Correct Operation Necessary, For The Optimal Development Of Its Functions In The Framework Of The Pms In Which They Will Be Immersed. This Type Of Auxiliary Vessels Fulfills Vital Functions In The Field Of Safety Of Onboard Personnel Since They Constitute The Main Means Of Rescuing Personnel In The Event Of A Man Overboard Or As A Self-Propelled Rescue Vessel In Case Of Ship Sinking And On The Other Hand, They Perform Essential Functions Of Transporting Material And Personnel In Actions Such As Visit And Registration Operations, Insertions Or Diving Operations, Among Others That Are Fundamental For The Realization Of The Pms. In Case Of Inoperability Of This Type Of Vessels, The Units Reviewed Could Not Comply With The Areas Of Capacity Necessary To Be Able To Carry Out These Functions.
