The Subject Of The Public Contract Is Accounting In Accordance With Act No. 563/1991 Coll. The Act On Accounting, As Amended, The Act On Income Taxes, And Other Related Regulations And According To The Additional Methodological Instructions Of The Contracting Authority So That The Financial Statements Prepared On Its Basis Present A True And Fair Picture Of The Subject Of Accounting And The Financial Situation Of The Accounting Unit. The Supplier Will Provide Accounting Services, Tax Advice And Consulting Activities. In Particular, The Supplier Will Ensure The Processing Of Complete Documents For Monthly, Quarterly And Annual Accounting Statements; Processing Of Complete Documents For All Tax Returns Of The Contracting Authority; Will Manage And Ensure The Financial And Accounting Reporting Of The Contracting Authority In Accordance With Applicable Legal Regulations Related To The Accounting Of Contributory Organizations; Will Perform The Required Outputs From The Clients Accounting In Electronic And Printed Form.
