The Cloud Computing Services To Be Contracted Are Detailed In Annex No. 5 “Minimum Technical Requirements” Of These Bases, Including All Or Some Of The Following Types Of Cloud Services: 1) Infrastructure As A Service (Iaas): Resources For Cloud Servers Are Provided As Infrastructure That Corresponds To Computing, Network And Storage. 2) Platform As A Service (Paas): Applications Are Executed On Platforms That Have Standardized Features And Are Capable Of Maintaining The Life Cycle Of An Application From Development To Production. 3) Software As A Service (Saas): The Service Provided In This Modality Refers To The Defined And Limited Use Of Software Hosted In An Unknown Location Unless The Location Is Announced By The Provider. The Main Characteristic Of This Type Of Service Is To Be Designed For Users Who Cannot Maintain A Specific Service Themselves. The Service Is Accessed Via A Browser Or An Application Provided By The Provider, So They Have A Very Low Barrier To Entry. 4) Container As A Service (Caas): Service That Is Between Iaas And Paas, Which Allows You To Touch The Configuration Of A Web Server Without Having To Deal With The Administration Of A Virtual Machine Or Similar. 5) Functions As A Service (Faas): The Service Is Characterized By The Execution Of A Defined Function, For The Duration It Lasts, Recommended For The Processing Of Volatile Information. 6) Backend As A Service (Baas): “Serverless” Mode, Consists Of An “All-Inclusive” Solution That Allows The Backend To Be Self-Managed. Baas Solutions Typically Include Databases, User Management, Api Generation, Etc.
