Damaged, Dirty And Dusty Pouch Not Acceptable. Biological Mayonnaise Shall Be Free From Insect Or Fungal Attack Or Any Other Blemish Affecting The Quality Of The Product. Sensory: Mayonnaise Shall Possess Good Body, Consistency, And Uniform Colour. Shall Have The Normal Characteristic, Taste And Flavor. It Should Not Be Sweet In Taste. Uniformly Smooth And Free From Lumps. 1. Labeling: Manufacture And Date Of Expiry Must Be Printed On Each Pouch. Expiries On Removable Stickers Are Not Acceptable. Product Shelf Life Must Be 80% Remain At The Time Of Delivery, Less Than 80% Expiry Will Not Be Acceptable. Brand Name Must Be Labeled On Each Pouch. 2. Transportation / Delivery: Supplies To Be Delivered In Flight Kitchen In Hygienically Refrigerated And Proper Cleaned And Covered Van So That Items Should Not Be Exposed To Sunlight And Other Pollution.
