Prior Information Notice For Procurement Of Total Maintenance Services For Coordcom And Resqmap Applications Of Service Automated Information System 112. The Project Aims To Continue The Maintenance Of The Coordcom(Cc) And Resqmap Solutions With Their Updating To The Latest Application Versions And The Replacement Of Some Components/Solutions That Are No Longer Supported By The Manufacturer. Cc Is The Basic Component Of The Automated Information System 112 (Hereafter Sia112) Which Ensures The Reception Of Emergency Calls, Creation Of Emergency Cases And Their Management. The Current Installed Version Is 6.5 And Contains Two Hardware Solutions/Platforms That Are No Longer Supported: Cxe – Communication Servers With Dialogic Boards Topex – Tetra Communication Gateway Resqmap Is The Component That Provides The Geospatial Support Of Sia112. The Currently Installed Version Is 7.3 The Tenderer Must Present The Update Plan That Includes The Intermediate Stages With The Software Versions That Will Be Updated.
