The Main Subject Is Related Services With Software. Nrw.Bank Has The Option To Use The License Amount Specified In Paragraph 1 Each By Increasing Licenses For 50 Additional Named Users. You Can Use This Option During During The Contract Term Up To Eight Times At Any Time By Means Of A Unilateral Declaration Of The Contractor. The Evb-It System General Terms And Conditions And - Where Relevant - Evb-It Terms And Conditions Of Transfer (Type A) Apply When Purchasing / Evb-It Terms And Conditions Of Transfer (Type B) Apply When Renting Supplementary.
