The Subject Of The Order Is The Retrofitting Of A Planning Station - Expansion Of The Existing One Treatment Planning System With Specialized Verification System Software And Management Along With The Necessary Equipment And Retrofitting Of Accelerators (New Functionalities Enabling The Implementation Of New Treatment Techniques And Precise Monitoring Of The Area Irradiation) 2. The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Retrofitting Of The Station Planning – Expansion Of The Treatment Planning System Used With Specialized Ones Verification And Management System Software With The Necessary Equipment; 2) Retrofitting Accelerators (New Functionalities Enabling The Implementation Of New Techniques Treatment And Precise Monitoring Of The Irradiation Area); 3) Delivery, Installation And Configuration Of The Offered Equipment, Training Users In The Scope Of The Offered Equipment Apparatus. 3. The Contractor Bears Full Material And Legal Responsibility For Any Resulting Damages For The Ordering Party And Third Parties, Damage Caused By Their Own Actions From The Execution Of This Order. 4. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included Annex No. 2 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order And Annex No. 3 To The Swz - Form Assortment And Prices. 5. The Parameters Of The Standard Indicated By The Ordering Party Are Presented Technical, Operational, Operational, Functional Conditions And Other Important Features For The Subject Of The Order, While The Indicated Brand Or Trade Name Determines The Class Product, Not A Specific Manufacturer. The Contractor Is Responsible For Quality And Compliance With Technical And Quality Conditions Described For The Subject Of The Order. 8. Rules For The Execution Of The Order In Question Defines The Draft Agreement Constituting Annex No. 10 To The Swz.
