One for Customer Interactions and one for Document Management. Document management is an integral part of all Regulatory processes, especially in Building, Resource and Engineering. We are looking to procure two components; 1. A browser-based PDF-streaming solution is the correct choice. We are open to any other technical options 2. As we receive updates to plans, we must analyse them for changes. This is a time-consuming process which we are looking to rationalise. Plan pages which are unchanged, have been previously analysed and approved, can be ignored in new version of the plan documents. There are two kinds of tools that we have found that can do construction plan comparisons, Desktop-based and Web-based. Please refer to attached REOI documents for detailed information. The Purpose of this REOI is to identify the supplier who are able to provide these services.
