Tenders are invited for IRIDE Marketplace Applications and Toolboxes Realisation. This subject activity is relevant to the PNRR Component devoted to Space Activities for Earth Observation called EO PNRR IRIDE Project, which covers the realization of an End-to-End System aims at providing the geospatial-based services at National and European level, according to the needs expressed by the Italian National Authorities with the objective to provide services to the Public Administration and to private Customers. e-GEOS, as prime-contractor of the IRIDE Marketplace (which constitutes the environment for accessing the IRIDE satellite data and provides all the capabilities to manage and develop service value chains) is entitled to issue a Best Practices Invitation to Tender (ITT), for the procurement of applications and toolboxes which shall be integrated within the Marketplace and made available for the exploitation of Earth Observation data retrieved and accessed through the Marketplace. The applications/toolboxes shall address data manipulation and generation of Analysis Ready Data (ARD), that Analysis Ready Data (ARD) refers to satellite data which has been pre-processed, standardized and quality-checked to a high level of readiness of accessibility. for analysis and integration across multiple sources. The inclusion of ARD as an essential output of the applications and toolboxes is crucial in ensuring satellite datas seamless utilization and interoperability for scientific research, monitoring, and decision-making purposes. Applications and toolboxes will play a vital role in providing, for example but not limited to, tools for Deep learning label extraction; Multi-source co-registration; Data transformation (projection, conversion, etc.); Multi-source spectral indices; and Data integration tool from other databases such as NASA Earthdata and/or Copernicus services. These applications shall be powered by satellite data from the IRIDE constellation as well as by other data sources (satellite and non-satellite) which can be accessed by the Marketplace. The procurement of these applications and toolboxes resulting from the ITT is foreseen to be kicked off in February 2024 and last twelve months, completing with the integration in the Marketplace platform foreseen in pre-operational release one year after, i.e., in February 2025.
