The University Then Has The Right To Call A Phase 2 Where The Future Landlord In Consultation With H gskolan Kristianstad, Prepares A Final Proposal For The Execution Of The Building(S). In The Form Of I.A. A System Action. The University Then Has The Right To Call Off A Phase 3, Which Constitutes The Production Phase And Lasts Until The University Moves In. After Completion Of The Rental Object, A Final Lease Agreement Is Entered Into And Kristianstad University Takes Over The Rental Object.
