The Subject Of The Order Is Winter Maintenance And Cleaning Of The Citys Road Lanes Poznań In Region Iv - Nowe Miasto-Południe In The Period From January 1, 2024 To April 15, 2024 - Snow Removal, Winter Slippery Removal, And Dirt Removal From Roads, Pedestrian Paths, Bicycle Paths, City Squares, Underground Passages And Footbridges, Parking Spaces, Paid Parking Zones, Cleaning Up Dirt From Roadsides And Green Areas, Emptying And Maintaining Street Bins, As Well As Providing Hardware Support For The Activities Of The Cleanliness Emergency Service. The Task Covered By The Order Is Fulfilling Obligations Related To Maintaining Cleanliness And Order On Public Roads Within The Administrative Boundaries Of The City Of Poznań, Imposed On The Ordering Party In Accordance With With The Provisions Of Art. 5 Section 4 Of The Act Of 13 September 1996 On Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In Municipalities. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Following Activities: Such As: - Preventive Protection Of The Road Against Winter Slipperiness, - Plow Removal Roadways, Pedestrian Paths And Bicycle Paths Using Frontal Plows Plowshares, Mounted On Salt Spreaders, Sand Spreaders, Trucks And Tractors Agricultural; - Technological Snow Removal From Roads, Pedestrian Paths And Bicycle Paths Mechanical-Manual, I.E. Supplementing Mechanical Removal With Manual Removal Snow Cover In Places Inaccessible To Plows; - Removing Winter Slipperiness Using Appropriate (Correct) Doses Of Chemicals And Abrasives; - Manual Cleaning Of Slush And Frost From The Curbs Of The Road In Zone Of Designated Pedestrian Crossings; - Roughening Of The Surface After Shoveling Snow And Ice; - Ongoing Removal Of Frost Around Street Inlets For Runoff Water From Melting Snow From The Road; - Constant Patrolling Of Affected Roads Contract In Order To Continuously Assess The Effectiveness Of The Actions Taken And The Technologies Used, Correcting The Routes Of Salt Plows And Sand Plows In The Event Of Loss Of Passability Some Road Sections And Immediate Response To Local Slipperiness; - Maintaining Permanent Dispatcher Duty, Working Continuously Observation Of The Weather Condition And Analysis Of Data From Weather Stations And The Imigw Forecast Office In Terms Of Actions Taken; - Eliminating Slipperiness On Driveways By Hand Sprinkling With Chemicals And Roughening Agents - In Case Of Difficult Passage Sand Spreaders Caused By Street Congestion; - Clearing The Road Of Sand And Other Materials Pollution; - Collection And Disposal Of Waste Collected In Road Lanes In Devices Intended For This Purpose And Maintaining These Devices In Proper Condition Sanitary, Orderly And Technical; - Clearing Up Mud, Snow, Ice And More Pollution From Pedestrian Roads If The Road Authority Charges Parking Fees Or Parking Of Motor Vehicles On Such Pedestrian Path Or Part Thereof; - Clearing Mud, Snow, Ice And Other Debris From Public Surfaces Parking Spaces In The Paid Parking Zone, Reserved Spaces Designated In The Spp Parking And Wheelchair Envelopes; - Cleaning Up Mud, Snow, Ice And Other Debris From Bicycle Paths And City Squares, As Well As Pedestrian Paths If They Are Not Provided Located Directly At The Border Of The Property Adjacent To The Road; - Cleaning Up Dirt From Roadsides And Green Areas; - Providing Hardware Support, In The Event Of Emergency Events.
