Request for proposals are invited for Paid Media Services for National Communication Campaign Upon FHI 360 and CDC approval of the paid media plans, the paid media vendor-partner will be tasked with implementing the plans, including buying the media placements and reporting on results. The vendor-partner will be tasked with the following responsibilities: Providing clear direction and prompt troubleshooting on all required ad specs Launching campaigns within 48 hours upon receipt of finalized creative assets Flagging disapproved ads immediately for escalation and review Implementing tactical campaign optimizations to maintain and improve media performance Communicating insights and recommendations on a bi-weekly basis (2x/month) Responding to FHI 360 requests and emails in a timely manner Providing FHI 360 and CDC access to real-time performance metrics Submitting reports on media buy performance at the end of each campaign phase and a final summary report of all paid media activities with considerations and/or recommendations for future paid media efforts Maintaining data-driven reach and frequency across all tactics (when possible) Providing continued guidance on industry trends and best practices relative to our campaigns Tender Link : http://solicitations.fhi360.org/Solicitation.aspx
