The General Board Of The Brabantse Delta Water Board (The Client) Wishes To Enter Into A Multi-Year Agreement With An Accountant For The Audit Of The Faithfulness And Legality Of The Annual Accounts Of The Water Board. The Accountant Must Periodically Issue Reports On The Audit Activities. These Are An Interim Management Letter And A Report With The Annual Accounts. Within The Audit Work, The Accountant Will Also Fulfill The Natural Advisory Function For The Water Board On All Important Matters Arising From The Audit Work, As Well As Conducting Consultations With The Client. In Addition To The Annual Accounts, The Water Board May Need Other Aspects, Such As Assurance Assignments Or Advisory Work Outside The Natural Advisory Function (For Example, Monitoring Information Security). The Scope Of The Assignment Therefore Consists Of The Following Services: A. General Certification Function B. Report Of Findings In The Annual Accounts And Management Letter C. Natural Advisory Function D. Assurance Assignments E. Other (Advisory) Activities (Not Being The Natural Advisory Function)
