1 The Subject Of This Order Is The Provision Of Medical Care Services For The Ordering Partys Employees And Job Candidates, Including: 1) Providing Care From An Occupational Medicine Doctor, 2) Providing Care From A Nurse Performing The Tasks Of The Occupational Medicine Service, 3) Performing Specialized Medical Examinations, 4) Performing Specialized Diagnostic Tests,5) Performing Radiological Tests,6) Performing Laboratory Tests,7) Performing Tests In The Field Of Twilight Vision And The Phenomenon Of Glare, As Well As Psychological Tests (Qualified Security Workers, Mining Workers, Driving A Company Car Category B And A Private Car For Business Purposes) 8) Performing Preliminary, Periodic And Control Examinations In Accordance With Applicable Legal Provisions, 9) Issuing Decisions On The Presence Or Absence Of Contraindications To Work In A Specific Profession And At A Specific Job Position, 10) Participation In Job Inspections In Order To Assess The Working Conditions Work,11) Conducting Analyzes Of The Health Status Of Employees Based On Information From The Ordering Party On The Occurrence Of Factors Harmful To Health Or Burdensome Conditions Along With Current Results Of Tests And Measurements Of These Factors,12) Participation In The Occupational Health And Safety Committee Operating At The Ordering Party,13) Participation In Determining And Approving The Equipment Of First Aid Kits Located On The Premises Of The Wieliczka Salt Mine.14) Participation In Establishing Lists Of Work Prohibited For Minors.2 The Detailed Scope And Maximum Number Of Tests That Will Be Carried Out As Part Of The Order In Question Are Included In Annex No. 2 To The Specification3 Detailed Information Regarding The Subject Of The Order And Its Implementation Are Included In The Contract Template Constituting Annex 8 To The Specification.
