Tenders Are Invited For Organization Of A Seasonal Ice Rink And Its Operation

1. The Order Includes: 1) Leveling The Area For The Installation Of The Ice Rink. 2) Rental, Delivery And Assembly Of A Tent Shelter To Roof The Ice Rink, Dimensions 20 M X 30 M (Without Side Walls, Gable Roof). 3) Rental, Assembly And Disassembly And Operation Of A Complete Ice Rink Measuring 20 M X 30 M With Lighting And Sound System. 4) Placing Banners With The Promotional Sign Of The Rembert w District Of The Capital City Of Warsaw On The Ice Rink. Warsaw Delivered By The Ordering Party. The Contractor Is Also Obliged To Include In All Materials (Printed, Posted On The Internet And Orally) Information That The Project Is Financed By The Rembert w District Office Of The Capital City Of Warsaw. Materials Printed And Posted On The Internet Must Also Contain Selected Logos Promoting The Ordering Party, Which Will Be Provided To The Contractor After Signing The Agreement.5) Installation Of The Necessary Infrastructure And Equipment For Its Proper Operation As Well As The Technical Facilities Of The Ice Rink In The Area Adjacent To The Ice Rink Surface.6) Free Provision Of The Ice Rink To Residents. Within 60 Days From The Date Of Opening The Ice Rink. The Ice Rink Is To Be Available To Residents In Accordance With The Following Schedule: On Weekdays During School Hours From 08.00 To 21.00 On Weekdays During Winter Holidays From 09.00 To 21.00 On Saturdays, Sundays And Holidays From 10.00 To 9.00 P.M. On January 1, 2024, From 12.00 P.M. To 9.00 P.M. Disassembly Of The Ice Rink Together With The Accompanying Infrastructure And Cleaning Of The Area: Within 10 Days From The Date Of Completion Of The Operation Of The Ice Rink.7) Operation Of The Ice Rink And Rental Shop Throughout The Period Of Their Availability, Maintenance And Conservation Ice Rink.8) Free Provision Of Skates In Various Sizes, Protective Helmets And Skateboards For Learning To Skate To Residents During The Ice Rinks Opening Hours.9) Sharpening And Drying The Skates Used In The Rental, As Well As Disinfecting Them After Each Use.10) Dismantling All Elements Of The Ice Rinks Infrastructure. After Completion Of Its Operation. The Contractor Will Supply Electricity To The Ice Rink From The Connection Point In The Lv Switchboard Bay At Station No. 10018, Located On The Same Plot As The Ice Rink (Approx. 100 M From The Planned Location Of The Ice Rink) Along With The Measurement System (Agreements On The Part Of The Contractor). The Power Supply Should Be Provided In Accordance With The Connection Conditions No. Nd Rr 25462 2023, Constituting An Annex To The Description Of The Subject Of The Order. The Contract For The Distribution And Sale Of Electricity With The Appropriate Entities Will Be Concluded By The Contractor. Payments Resulting From These Contracts Are Borne By The Contractor.
