The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase Of A Software License For Performing And Verifying Macroscopic Traffic Flow Models With A Module For Travel Matrix Correction And Accompanying Services, Including: 1) Delivery Of 1 Software License For Macroscopic Traffic Modeling, For 3,000 Traffic Areas, Along With A Software Module For Travel Matrix Correction, In The Configuration And Functionality Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz), Together With Installation And Implementation, 2) Delivery Of Software User Manuals, In The Form In Accordance With The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz), For The Software Mentioned In Point 1, 3) Service Technical Support And Maintenance Of Software For Macroscopic Traffic Modeling Together With A Software Module For Travel Matrix Correction, Covered By The License Specified In Point 1, For A Period Of 36 Months, 4) Technical Support Service And Software Maintenance, For A Period Of 36 Months, For 2 (Two) Licenses Software For The Execution And Verification Of Macroscopic Traffic Flow Models Owned By The Ordering Party, Covered By The Visum Software License Number 900309502, With A Size Of 3,000 Communication Areas, Version 2023 (Sp1-7) Or Higher, 5) Restoring The Continuity Of 2 (Two) Software Licenses Referred To In Point 4), For The Period From August 1, 2023, Until The Date Of Resumption Of The Technical Support And Software Maintenance Service Referred To In Point 4, 6) Training Service For The Ordering Partys Employees, Up To 10 People In Each Training , At The Ad Hoc Request Of The Ordering Party, At Workstations Equipped With Computers With The Software Specified In Points 1) And 4), For A Total Time Of Not More Than 36 Hours Within A Period Of 36 Months From The Conclusion Of The Contract, But Not Less Than 24 Hours.
