Expression of Interest are invited for Selection of a Firm for Technical Assistance to Strengthen Electronic Communications Regulatory Activities on Market Analysis, Cost Modeling, Numbering Resource Management and National Internet Domain in Favor of the Regulatory Authority Electronic Communications and Post (Arcep) of the Central African Republic 1 The Government of the Central African Republic received funding from the International Development Association (IDA) under the Public Sector Digital Governance (PGNSP) project and intends to use part of the amount of this donation to make payments under the following contract: Selection of a firm for technical assistance in strengthening the capacities of the regulator in favor of the regulatory authority for electronic communications and postal services (ARCEP) of the Central African Republic 2 The main objective of this call for expressions of interest is to revitalize the electronic communications regulatory activities conferred on ARCEP, through increased monitoring of competition and efficient management of resources to lead to the development of innovative services. And this, from the perspective of digital transformation for digital governance in the Central African Republic.
