Crd202311072257 Tlets And Tcic Rfi.The Texas Department Of Public Safety (Txdps) Releases This Request For Information (Rfi) To Seek Information Related To A Modern Texas Law Enforcement Telecommunications System (Tlets) And Texas Crime Information Center (Tcic) In A Vendor-Provided Cloud Environment. Txdps Is Seeking To Enhance And Modernize Tlets/Tcic And Will Utilize Information Provided As A Result Of This Rfi To Inform Its Acquisition Of The Future Tlets/Tcic System. These Systems Are Often Described As A Message Brokering System (Mbs) And Hot File System (Hfs). Tlets May Be Referred To As A Mbs And Tcic As An Hfs.Txdps Seeks Information On Potential Technical Specifications As Part Of A Best-In-Class Solution Configured To Meet The State S Needs, With Modern And Responsive Environments, Database Software, And Open-Standards Application Software Interfaces. The Solution Must Be Based On Current Industry Software Design Principles And Architecture That Have Active Support Mechanisms, Which Are Flexible Enough To Anticipate The Growth Expectations And Complexity Of The Processes. Txdps Is Interested In Learning About Unique Qualities Or Benefits Of A Respondent S Technologies And Solutions.This Rfi Seeks To Identify Technical Specifications And Other Information As Well As Unique Qualities Of Individual Systems.
