The Subject Of The Order Is The Execution Of Construction Works Regarding The Reconstruction Of The Building Of A Historic Manor House Serving As An Urban And Municipal Cultural Center And A Music School, Along With Land Development And The Necessary Technical Infrastructure As Part Of The Task Entitled: Our Monument - Manor House In Uniejów2. The Building Is Located On The Plot No. 1522/1 In The Town Of Uniejów, In The B Spa Protection Zone Of The Uniejów Spa. The Building Is Protected On The Basis Of An Entry In The Register Of Monuments Of The Łódź Voivodeship Under No. 360/102 Of August 10, 1984. The Scope Of The Order Includes: - Replacement Of The Roof Structure And Roof Covering; - Replacement Of Ceilings And Conservation Work On Ceiling Beams; - Masonry Works (Incl. Including Demolition, Wall Additions, Construction Of New Partition Walls); - Steel And Concrete Lintels; - Replacement Of Windows And Doors; - Flooring And Cladding Works; - Wall Cladding (Including Conservation Work On Built-In Wardrobes); - Ceiling Cladding And Suspended Ceilings ;- Facade Works (Including, Among Others, Plastering Works On The Plinth, Sheet Metal Work And Drainage, Restoration Of Stucco, Repair Of Cornices); - Internal Electrical Installations (Disassembly Of Existing Installations, Construction Of The Buildings Grounding And Lightning Protection Installation, Installation Of New Electrical Switchboards, Construction Electrical And Telecommunications Cable Routes, Installation Of Accessories, Installation Of Lighting Fixtures, Installation Of Outlets And Cables, Implementation Of Call System Installations, Ssp Installations, Sswin Installations And Construction Works); - Sanitary Installations (Including Central Heating Installations, Ventilation Installations, Sanitary Sewage Systems, Water Supply Installations) - Land Development Works (Works On External Stairs And Ramps - External Sanitary Installations (Including Rainwater Drainage), External Electrical Installations - Including Dismantling Works And Construction Of New Power Cable Lines And A Cable Line Powering The Lighting Pole );- Equipment With (In Accordance With The Published Bill Of Quantities) Pursuant To The Permit For Carrying Out Construction Works On A Monument Entered In The Register Of Monuments, No. Wuoz-Zn.5142.286.2023.Hg Of April 4, 2023, It Is Necessary To Carry Out Research During Earthworks Archaeological Sites. A Permit To Conduct The Above Research Should Be Requested From The Łódź Provincial Conservator Of Monuments. The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform These And Any Other Obligations Arising From The Decision Of The Łódź Provincial Conservator Of Monuments. If It Is Necessary To Participate In The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, A Person Acting As A Manager Of Telecommunications Works, Authorized To Perform Independent Technical Functions In Construction In The Field Of Managing Construction Works, In The Specialty Installation In The Field Of Telecommunications Networks, Installations And Devices Or Having Other Equivalent Authorizations Issued On The Basis Of The Provisions In Force On The Date Of Issuance Of Authorizations Authorizing To Manage Construction Works To The Extent Necessary To Implement The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Ensure Its Participation In The Implementation Of The Order. 3. The Contractors Obligations Will Also Include Removing And Transporting The Current Equipment Of The Facility To The Place Of Temporary (For The Period Of Works) Operation Of Mgok In Uniejów. The Place Of Temporary Activity Will Be Located In Uniejów. 4. The Subject Of The Order Also Includes The Execution And Placement Of A Temporary Information Board During The Implementation Of The Works On The Award Of A Grant For The Project By The Most The Most Foundation, And Then The Construction And Placement Of A Final Information Board On The Award Of A Grant For The Project By The Most The Most Foundation. If The Origin (Brand, Trademark, Manufacturer, Supplier) Of Materials Or Standards, Approvals, Specifications And Systems Referred To In Art. 99 Section 5 Of The Public Procurement Law, - The Ordering Party Allows The Use Of Equivalent Products. The Above Means That If The Entries In The Procedure Documentation Indicate Trademarks, Patents Or The Origin Of The Devices Or Materials In Relation To Certain Materials Or Devices, They Should Be Treated As Non-Binding Proposals Of The Designer (Serving The Correct Understanding Of The Project). And So: The Concept Of Equivalence Should Be Understood As Meaning That They Will Guarantee The Execution Of The Order In Accordance With The Description Of The Subject Of The Order And Will Ensure That Technical Parameters Are Not Worse Than Those Assumed In The Technical Documentation. The Installed Devices Should Fulfill The Function They Are Intended To Serve, Be Compatible With Other Devices So That The Set Of Devices Gives The Intended (Designed) Effect And Cannot Influence The Change Of The Type And Scope Of Construction Works; A Contractor Who Refers To Solutions Equivalent To Those Described By The Ordering Party Is Obliged To Demonstrate That The Supplies, Services Or Construction Works Proposed By Him Meet The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party. The Assessment Of The Possibility Of Using The Proposed Equivalent Solution Should Include, For Each Device, At Least An Analysis Of: A) Technological Parameters Of The Proposed Equivalent Solutions, B) Compliance Of The Technological Parameters Of The Proposed Equivalent Solutions With Other Designed Technological Solutions, C) Dimensions, Shapes And Construction Solutions Of The Proposed Equivalent Solutions In Relation To Designed Dimensions, Shapes And Solutions, Etc., D) Material Solutions, E) Other Information Confirming The Equivalence Of The Proposed Equivalent Solutions.16.
