The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Have And Use Professional Equipment And Supplies, As Well As Chemicals, Washing, Cleaning And Disinfecting Agents Appropriate To The Type Of Surfaces To Be Cleaned, In Quantities Necessary To Clean The Facility.5. The Chemicals Used By The Contractor To Perform The Subject Of The Contract Will Be Of High Quality, Biologically Neutral And Will Have The Required Certificates Authorizing Their Use In Poland. Poor Quality Of The Means Used May Be The Subject Of Complaints From The Ordering Party.6. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Ensure Sufficient And Appropriate Staffing On Each Shift, Ensuring High Quality Of Services Provided.7. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Supply, In A Continuous And Uninterrupted Manner, In The Quantities Necessary To Ensure Constant Access For Approximately 60 Employees Of The Ordering Party And The Offices Clients, The Following Toilet Articles, Certified For Use In Poland: 1) Toilet Paper In Jumbo Rolls (7 Containers) And Paper Suitable For Small Containers (4 Containers) - White 2-Ply Toilet Paper, 2) Zz Paper Hand Towels (10 Containers) - White, Zz-Folded, Single-Layer, Water-Hardened, Dust-Free, Odorless, Weighing At Least 40 G /M2, Collective Package Of 4000 Leaves, Leaf Size 23/25 Cm, Foam Soap Dispensers (5 Containers) And Liquid Soap (5 Containers), 3) Plastic Garbage Bags (Capacity 5L - 75 Pcs., Capacity 10L - 5Pcs);Average Monthly Material Consumption: Toilet Paper In Small Rolls - 40 Pcs. Toilet Paper In Jumbo Rolls - 40 Pcs. Liquid Soap - 4.5L; Foam Soap - 6.0L; Zz Paper Towels – 60 Pcs. Collective Packages; Air Fresheners With A Fresh, Pleasant Scent. 8. The Cleaning Service Referred To In Point 1 And 2 Will Be Carried Out In The Morning From 6.30 To 7.30 (Min. 1 Person - Opening The Main Office Building, Airing The Rooms, Cleaning) And In The Afternoon, From 14.30 To 19.00 (Min. 2 People). And From 14.30 To 18.30 (Building Wing - 1 Person). Between 2:30 P.M. And 3:30 P.M. Cleaning Services Must Be Performed In 7 Office Rooms Under The Supervision Of An Employee. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Change The Hours Of Service Resulting From Its Needs And The Possibility Of Performing Work On Saturdays, After Prior Notification To The Contractor And On Mutually Agreed Dates.9. Persons Performing Work At Heights On Behalf Of The Contractor Are Obliged To Have All Necessary Licenses To Work At Heights, Required By Law. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Request The Contractor To Submit Documents Confirming The Qualifications And Authorizations Of Persons Performing Work At Heights For The Ordering Party.10. The Ordering Party Will Provide A Utility Room For The Contractors Needs. 11. After Finishing Work, The Cleaning Person Is Obliged To Close The Windows, Turn Off The Water Taps, Turn Off The Lighting, Close The Office Doors And Hang The Keys In The Display Case. The Contractor Is Responsible For Opening And Closing The Office Building, Including Proper Coding And Decoding Of The Electronic Alarm System.
