The Subject Of The Order Is The Removal Of Industrial Sewage (Leachate) From The Closed And Reclaimed Non-Hazardous And Neutral Waste Landfill In Pyskowice At Ul. Wrzosowa 20A, To The Catchment Point Belonging To The Biokrap Spółka Z O. O. Plant, Ul. Kolejowa 20, 47-300 Krapkowice, Under The Conditions Specified In The Decision Issued By The Polish Water Management Authority, Director Of The Catchment Management Board In Opole, Of October 11, 2022. The Leachate Is Collected In A Tight Tank At The Landfill. The Scope Of The Order Is A Maximum Of 7,500 M3 Of Leachate Over The Entire Contractual Period. Pumping And Transporting Leachate Is The Responsibility Of The Contractor.
