The Subject Of The Order Are Medical Services Including Preventive Medical Examinations (Initial, Periodic, Control, Sanitary And Epidemiological, Diagnostic Tests, Laboratory Tests, Specialist Consultations) Of Soldiers And Military Employees, Carrying Out Medical Examinations, Conducting Dispanserization In Relation To Soldiers. These Services Will Be Provided To Soldiers And Military Employees Of Military Units And Institutions Supplied By The 24Th Military Economic Division In Giżycko. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, The Quantity And Types Of Tests/Consultations As Well As The Terms Of Service Provision Are Included In The Price List - Annex No. 2 To The Swz And The Contract Template - Annex No. 3 To The Swz. 3. Medical Services Covering The Subject Of The Order Must Be Performed In The Town Of Giżycko.
