1) The Subject Of The Order Is The Modernization Of The Mivoice Mx-One Exchange System, The Mitel Micontact Center Enterprise System, Mitel Micollab, The Damovo Billing Tariff System, The Update Of Windows Server Operating Systems In The Range And Quantity Specified In The Price Form Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Offer Form, And The Execution Subject Of The Order In Accordance With The Technical Requirements Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Contract.2) The Minimum Required Warranty Period For The Installed Systems Is 24 Months. 3) The Minimum Required Time To Remove A Failure During The Warranty Period Is 40 Hours From The Time Of Reporting. 4) The Contractor Should Have The Status Of A Sales Partner And Be A Distributor Of Mitel Devices And Software. 5) A Detailed Description Of The Conditions For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In The Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 6 To Swz Together With Attachments.
