Part No. 1 Of The Order: Preparation And Serving Hot Meals For Clients Of The Municipal Social Welfare Center In Inowrocław. Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order: 1. Preparing And Serving Subscription Lunches/Meals For Clients Of The Municipal Social Welfare Center In Inowrocław In The Period From January 1, 2024 To December 31, 2024, From Monday To Sunday From At Least From 12:00 To 15:00, For An Average Of 18 People Per Day. It Is Estimated That The Minimum Number Of Lunches Will Be No Less Than 13 And No More Than 20 Per Day. Depending On The Epidemiological Situation In The Country, There May Be An Order To Issue The Above-Mentioned Items. Meals.2. The Ordering Party Assumes That During The Contract Implementation Period The Average Number Of Lunches Will Be 6,588 Pieces, The Minimum Number Of Lunches Will Be 4,758 Pieces, And The Maximum Number Of Dinners During The Entire Contract Implementation Period Will Not Exceed 7,320 Pieces3. The Ordering Party Requires That: 1) The Dinner Consists Of: - First Course: Soup (Not Less Than 500 G), - Second Course, Which Consists Of: Potatoes Or Alternatively: Groats, Rice, Noodles, Pasta (Not Less Than 200 G ) And Meat (Not Less Than 120 G) And Additions - A Set Of Salads, Cooked Vegetables, Salads, Etc. (Not Less Than 150 G); The Given Weights Apply To The Above-Mentioned Products After Thermal Treatment.2) Meals Prepared For Customers Were Prepared In Accordance With Standards Of The Institute Of Food And Nutrition. The Caloric Value Should Include The Food Ration For Adults. The Conditions Of Administration And The Method Of Preparation Must Meet All Sanitary And Epidemiological Requirements;3) The Meals Were Prepared In Accordance With The Principles Of Rational Nutrition. They Must Be Filling, Tasty, Varied, Absolutely Fresh And Prepared On The Day Of Serving. A Subscription Dinner Does Not Have To Provide The Bodys Daily Energy Requirement.4. The Temperature Of Meals And The Storage Time From The Moment Of Production To The Moment Of Serving Should Be Consistent With The Principles Of Good Hygiene Practice And Good Manufacturing Practice.5. For People Who Do Not Eat Meat Meals, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Serve Meatless Dinners With The Caloric Equivalent Of A Meat Dinner, While For People Requiring A Diet, The Contractor Will Serve Dietary Meals With The Caloric Equivalent Of A Meat Dinner.6. On Saturdays, Sundays And Holidays, At The Request Of Mops Caregivers, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Provide Lunch Or A Packed Lunch Corresponding To The Caloric Value Of The Lunch.7. Lunches Will Be Served In The Contractors Dining Room, Which Should Be Located In Inowrocław In An Easily Accessible Place (Possible Access By Several Mpk Buses With High Frequency During Meal Serving Hours). The Contractor Should Have Appropriate Kitchen Facilities, A Dining Room And A Toilet In Order To Properly Process The Order, Also In The Event Of An Increase In The Number Of Meals Served. The Dining Room Should Be Equipped With At Least 15 Seats. The Meal Must Be Prepared And Served In Rooms That Meet The Requirements Set Out By Law. 8. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Prohibit The Contractor From Giving Out Any Stimulants To The Ordering Partys Customers In Exchange For Dinner, As Well As From Selling Alcoholic Beverages.9. Dinners Are Served To The Client After He/She Presents A Written Referral Issued By The Municipal Social Welfare Center In Inowrocław.10. Meals Will Be Prepared And Served In Accordance With The Principles Of Good Hygiene Practice And Good Manufacturing Practice And Responsibility For Compliance With Them Will Be Taken. The Contractor Is Responsible For The Cleanliness Of The Catering Equipment In Which Meals Will Be Prepared And Served, As Well As The Cleanliness Of The Employed Staff And The Cleanliness Of The Technology For Preparing And Serving Meals. 11. The Contractor Will Provide Kitchen Workers And Those Serving Lunch With Appropriate Protective Clothing. Clothing Should Be Complete And Clean. Each Employee Providing The Service Must Have Up-To-Date Sanitary And Epidemiological Tests. The Contractor Is Obliged To Remove From Service An Employee Who Does Not Have Up-To-Date Tests.12. In The Event Of A Breakdown Or Other Unforeseen Events, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Meals Of No Worse Quality At His Own Expense From Other Sources.13. Terms Of Payment For Completed Orders: 1) The Ordering Party Covers 100% Of The Costs Of The Lunch. 2) Settlement For The Services Provided Will Be Based On Monthly Invoices Issued By The Contractor Based On The Actual Number Of Lunches Served In A Given Month, Confirmed By The Ordering Party. 3) Amount Of Remuneration Due/Price Due To The Contractor, Calculated On The Basis Of The Unit Price Included In The Offer (For One Lunch), Will Depend On The Actual Number Of Lunches Served. Specifying The Maximum Remuneration/Price In The Contract (Estimated Maximum Number Of Lunches In 2024 X Gross Unit Lunch Price), In The Event Of A Smaller Number, Does Not Constitute A Basis For The Contractors Claim For Payment.4) The Unit Price For One Lunch Given In The Offer Will Not Change Change During The Duration Of The Contract, With The Exception Of The Possibility Of Its Indexation, Which Is Referred To In Annex No. 3 - Template Of Draft Provisions Of The Contract.5) The Ordering Party Will Pay The Remuneration Due To The Contractor Within 14 Days From The Date Of Receipt Of The Invoice, Using The Split Payment Method.14 .
