The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is The Catching, Admission To The Shelter And Keeping Of Homeless Animals Caught From The Area Of The Sadkowice Commune: 1) Catching And Admitting To The Shelter Homeless Animals (Dogs) From The Area Of The Sadkowice Commune And Marking Them With A Chip; 2) Providing Animals (Dogs) Delivered To The Shelter With 24-Hour Care, Consisting In Providing: A) A Room Protecting Them From Cold, Heat And Precipitation With Access To Daylight, B) Food For The Animals, At Least Twice A Day With Appropriate Food, C) Constant Access To Water, D) Veterinary Care; 3) Humane Treatment Of Animals (Dogs) Brought To The Shelter; 4) Obligatory Sterilization Or Castration Of Dogs, Deworming, Vaccination Against Rabies; 5) Response Time From The Moment Of Notification - (According To The Contractors Offer - Item Scored As A Criterion), Maximum Time Up To 48 Hours; 6) Taking Steps To Find The Owner And Enable Him To Pick Up The Animal (Dog) From The Shelter, After The Owner Has Paid The Costs Of The Dogs Stay In The Shelter (Condition For Releasing The Animal); 7) As Part Of The Order, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Search For And Acquire People Willing To Take Care Of Homeless Animals. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Maintain The Level Of Adoptions Made In Relation To The Condition Of Animals Staying In The Contractors Shelter On The Last Day Of Each Year Of Validity At The Level Declared In The Offer. Contract. The Above Percentage Calculations Apply To Homeless Animals Under The Statutory Care Of The Ordering Party, And The Number Of Adoptions Does Not Include Animals Given To The Owner.
