1. Assembly, Operation And Disassembly After The End Of The Period Of Making The Ice Rink Available: 1) An Ice Rink With Dimensions Of 20X40 M, Which Includes: A) Minimum Ice Sheet Thickness Of 5 Cm; B) Ice Rink Cooling System Made Of Aluminum Pipes With A Diameter Of 19 Mm And Hdpe Supply And Return Collectors Or Equivalent Technologies, E.G. Aluminum Panels And Epdm Mats; C) Construction Foil For Cooling Pipes, Approx. 800 M2, And, If Necessary, Polystyrene Placed On The Ground Surface; D) The Refrigeration System Filled With Ethylene Glycol Solution In An Amount Sufficient For The Proper Functioning Of The Ice Rink And Emptying It After The Completion Of The Subject Of The Contract; E) Recreational Boards With A Module Length Of Approx. 2 M, White, Board Height Not Less Than 1.0-1.2 M. The Board Must Have At Least 2 Gates For Skaters Around The Entire Perimeter Of The Ice Rink - Width 0.9-1.0 M And A Gate For The Entrance Of The Ice Care Machine - Width, 2.5-3.0 M In Steel Structure; F) Compact Refrigeration Unit Selected For The Following Parameters: Ambient Temperature Min. Up To +10°C; Wind Speed Above The Surface Min. 2M/S; Glycol Solution Temperature At The Outlet Up To -10°C, Ice Rink Area 20X40 M. The Noise Level Of The Unit Must Not Exceed The Permissible Noise Level In The Environment In Accordance With Applicable Regulations. The System Used Must Be Energy-Saving And Environmentally Friendly, Both In Terms Of The Refrigerants Used And Noise Emissions. To Ensure Energy Efficiency, The Ordering Party Requires That The Technological System Consist Of A High-Efficiency Refrigeration Unit. The Devices Used Must Be Fully Compliant With Ce Requirements And Be Marked With The Ce Mark; G) Fencing With A Permanent Fence Of The Refrigeration Unit Protecting Against Unauthorized Access; Marking And Securing The Ice Rink Against Entry By Unauthorized Persons Between The End Of Its Opening And Dismantling. 2. Providing The Skate Rental On Its Own, Provided That: A) The Ordering Party Agrees To Charge Fees For The Equipment Available In The Rental; B) The Contractor Assumes Responsibility For The Equipment Left In The Rental; C) The Cost Of Servicing The Rental Is Covered By The Contractor.3. Providing A Self-Propelled Ice Roller Type Machine Suitable For Maintaining The Surface Of The Ice Rink And Its Operation For The Duration Of The Facilitys Operation. 4. Free Provision Of The Ice Rink To Residents Within The Period Specified In §2 Of This Contract Template. 5. Maintaining High Quality Of The Ice Rink Surface With A Thickness Of Min. 5 Cm And Its Care Using A Self-Propelled Roller Machine. 6. Providing No Less Than 5 Garbage Bins And A Garbage Container With A Capacity Of No Less Than 770 Liters With Collection Service Depending On Needs, But At Least Every Two Weeks.7. Regular Cleaning Of The Area Where The Ice Rink Will Be Built, Including: Placing Waste Bins, Cleaning The Area, Replenishing And Replacing Bags, Transporting Waste To The Container, Cleaning The Bins.8. Ensuring The Safety Of Users Using The Artificial Ice Rink Facility By Having Persons Designated By The Contractor Constantly Supervise People Staying On The Premises And Enforcing Their Compliance With The Ice Rink Regulations Created By The Contractor. 9. Taking Care Of The Aesthetics And Order Of The Ice Rink Facility And The Area Adjacent To It. 10. The Contractor Will Operate The Ice Rink To The Full Extent, And In Particular Will Be Obliged To Ensure The Opening And Closing Of The Ice Rink And Make It Available To Residents Between The Following Hours: - 16:00-21:00 On Weekdays From Monday To Friday, - 11:00-21: 00 On Saturdays, Sundays And Holidays, - December 25-31, 2023 At 11:00-21:00, - January 15 - January 28, 2024, At 11:00-21:00, - With Breaks For Ice Rink Maintenance, Depending On Needs, But Not Less Than Twice A Day, - The Days And Hours Of Operation Of The Ice Rink May Be Changed Only With The Written Consent Of The Ordering Party Under Pain Of Nullity. 11. Providing At Least 2 Staff With The Required Authorizations And Appropriate Qualifications During The Opening Hours Of The Ice Rink. 12. Provision Of Cables: 220 V, 16A, 32A, Switchgear, Ramps And Electrical Supervision.13. Clearing Snow From The Ice Rink And The Ice Rink Back Area. 14. The Contractor Will Develop And Post In A Publicly Accessible Place The Regulations For Using The Ice Rink, Which Will Be Previously Approved By The Ordering Party.15. The Contractor Will Place A Promotional Sign Of The Wilanów District In The Ice Sheet. Warsaw - Annex No. 2 To The Contract Template With Dimensions Of At Least 7X9 M, With The Cost Of Making The Promotional Sign Being The Responsibility Of The Contractor. The Necessary Materials Will Be Sent To The Contractors E-Mail Address.16. The Contractor Declares That It Has The Technical And Organizational Capabilities Necessary To Complete The Subject Of The Contract. 17. Placing Advertisements, Information Boards, Trademarks, Announcements, Inscriptions, Letters Or Other Graphic Or Graphic-Verbal Markings Within The Ice Rink Facility Is Permitted Only With The Prior Consent Of The Ordering Party Expressed In Writing Under Pain Of Nullity.
