General Description Of The Subject Of The Order The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Services In The Field Of Permanent Transport Of Disabled People - Participants Of Occupational Therapy Workshops (Wtz) In Wolsztyn In 2023. The Service Will Consist In Transporting Participants From Their Place Of Residence To Wtz In Wolsztyn, Ul. 5 Stycznia 14A To Organized Classes And Back To Their Place Of Residence. Some Classes May Take Place Outside The Premises Of The Wtz Headquarters In Wolsztyn, Of Which The Contractor Will Be Notified In Advance Each Time. Detailed Requirements Regarding The Course Of Transport1) According To The Initial Estimate Prepared By The Ordering Party, The Daily Number Of People To Be Transported (Understood As Transport On The Route Place Of Residence - Workshops And Then Transport On The Workshop - Place Of Residence Route) Is 33, The Total Daily Number Of Kilometers (Round Trip) Will Be 350 Km, And The Delivery Days Will Be 225 (From January 2024 To December 2024) And This Data Should Be Taken Into Account When Developing The Price Services. If The Above Is Not Met, Conditions, The Ordering Party Will Provide Transport At The Contractors Expense.
