The Subject Of The Order Is To Maintain Cleanliness And Hygiene In The Indoor Swimming Pool In Koło. 1) Cleaning Work In The Swimming Pool Must Be Carried Out During The Day And Night, From Monday To Sunday - 7 Days A Week. 2) The Subject Of The Order Does Not Include Cleaning Of Rooms: Bowling Alley And Auxiliary Rooms Leased By External Companies From The Koło Municipality. 3) The List Of Rooms And Areas Covered By The Cleaning Service And Their Location Is Shown In The Annex To This Swz Marked As Annex No. 10. 4) Due To The Specificity Of Cleaning, The Swimming Pool In Koło Has Been Divided Into Zones: A) Zone I - Swimming Pool Hall: Swimming Pool Basins, Slide , Swimming Pool, Whirlpools, Paddling Pool, Beach, Lifeguard Room, Stands, Balustrades, Glass Facades, Stairs To The Slide, Sports And Recreation Equipment Warehouse. B) Zone Ii – Locker Rooms, Showers, Changing Rooms, Toilets. C) Zone Iii – Saunarium (Biological Regeneration). D) Zone Iv – Hall, Ticket Offices, Offices, Staircases, Windows And Glazing Throughout The Building. E) Zone V – Fitness – Rehabilitation. F) Zone Vi - Area In Front Of The Main Entrance And Sub-Basin Rooms. 5) The Subject Of The Order Includes Cleaning, Washing And Disinfection Of: Overflow Gutters, Beach Surfaces, Ceramic And Silicone Joints, Walls Covered With Flagstones, Turning Walls, Plexiglass, Whirlpool Bathtubs And Swimming Pools (Sports, Recreational, Paddling Pool For Children), Indoor Slide, Other Devices Located In The Swimming Pool Hall, Stands, Clothes Lockers. Cleaning And Maintenance Of Passageways, Fitness And Rehabilitation Rooms, Washing Internal And External Glazing, Washing Windows, Cleaning Office And Social Rooms, Warehouses And Basements, Disinfecting Walls, Floors And Swimming Pools, Cleaning Toilets, Regularly Refilling Garbage Bags And Toilet Paper , Paper Towels And Liquid Soap, Washing Shoe Bags, As Well As The Collection And Disposal Of Medical Waste With The Code: 18 01 03 (Collection Once A Month In An Amount Up To 2 Kg/Month). 6) Cleaning Must Be Carried Out Using Professional Cleaning Agents, The List Of Which And The Safety Data Sheets Will Be Submitted To The Director Of The Municipal Sports And Recreation Center In Koło. The Selected Contractor Will Purchase Cleaning Products And Present To The Ordering Party Work Plans For Individual Shifts, Taking Into Account The Cleaning Products Used And Their Concentration. 7) Cleaning Should Be Carried Out In A System Of Two Services (Day And Night) With The Following Number Of People: A) Monday To Friday From 06.00 To 14.00 - 1 Person, B) Saturdays From 08.00-16.00 – 1 Person, C) Sundays, Holidays From 10.00-18.00 – 1 Person, D) Monday To Friday From 14.00 To 10.00 P.M. – 1 Person, E) Monday To Friday From 16.00 To 24.00 – 3 People, F) Saturdays From 15.00-23.00 – 3 People, G) Sundays And Holidays From 18:00 – 21:00 – 3 People. If The Service Is Performed Incorrectly, The Number Of People Must Be Increased Accordingly. The Absence Of The Contractors Staff Cannot Affect The Minimum Staffing For The Above-Mentioned Services. 8) The Service Will Be Performed On An Ongoing Basis Throughout The Week, So As Not To Disturb The Operation Of The Swimming Pool Or Threaten The Safety Of Users. 9) The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Its Employees With Personal Protective Equipment Provided For In Separate Regulations. 10) The Contractor Is Obliged To Equip Employees With Aesthetic, Uniform Protective Clothing Adapted To The Work Environment With The Inscription Cleaning Service With An Id Badge Placed In A Visible Place And Footwear Intended Only For Work In The Swimming Pool Hall With A Ban On Going Outside The Facility Wearing These Footwear. 11) Persons Performing Work In The Swimming Pool Hall, Always In The Absence Of A Lifeguard, Are Obliged To Wear Life Jackets While Working. The Contractor Is Responsible For Any Accidents That May Occur To People Who Do Not Comply With This Order. 12) The Contractor Is Obliged To Train Its Employees Before Starting Work - Both In The Field Of Work Organization, Health And Safety, Technology, Operation Of Machines And Devices And The Use Of Agents (Including Chemicals) To Perform The Service. The Contractor Will Submit An Appropriate Document Confirming The Training Of Its Staff In The Above Scope. The Above-Mentioned Training Will Be Conducted By The Contractor At His Own Expense And With His Own Efforts. 13) Employees Assigned To Perform Cleaning Activities At The Ordering Partys Facility Must Have A Valid Book Or Certificate For Sanitary And Epidemiological Purposes. 14) Detailed Schedule And Scope Of Work Divided Into Zones Referred To In Point 4) Sets Out Annex No. 3 And 4 Under The Name - Scope And Schedule Of Activities Performed As Part Of The Provision Of The Service Comprehensive Maintenance Of Cleanliness And Hygiene In The Indoor Swimming Pool Facility In Koło To The Draft Provisions Of The Public Procurement Contract, Which Will Be Introduced Into The Content Of This Contract, Which Constitute Annex No. 9 To The Swz. 15) The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide, At His Own Expense And With His Own Efforts, Staff, Equipment And Cleaning Products In An Amount Sufficient For The Proper, Smooth Implementation Of The Service (At A Level Not Lower Than That Described In The Swz). Personnel Problems And Other Problems Of The Contractor Cannot Affect The Execution Of The Order.
