Aerial Forest-Firefighting Services - Helicopter Service And Personnel Specialized In Extinguishing Forest Fires, For The Years 2024, 2025, 2026 And 2027. The Purpose Of This Contract Is The Service Of A Combat Helicopter Forest Fires And Sar Missions, Whose Characteristics Are The Following: A Forest Firefighting Helicopter, With The Capacity To Discharge Of A Minimum Of 1,200 Liters Of Water Using A Helibal Bucket, As Well As To Transport 9 People Who Constitute A Rapid Action Squad Against Forest Fires (Carif) Complete. This Service Also Includes A Technician For The Instruction Of The Entire Forest Fire Fighting Device Of The General Directorate Of Natural Environment And Landscape, As Well As Members Of Other Entities With Which We Collaborate In The Care Of The Emergencies That Are The Object Of The Service, And May Also Carry Out Advisory Work, Coordination And Analyst In Forest Fires That May Be Required. He Helicopter Must Be Enabled To Carry Out Sar Missions, For Which It Must Have With A Crane To Carry Out Rescues And Trained And Qualified Personnel For This. The Helicopter, Pilots, Mechanic And Carif Personnel Will Operate From The Media Base Aerial Against Forest Fires Of The Autonomous Community Of La Rioja (Bmacif), Located On Land Included In The Logro o-Agoncillo Airport. Your Activity Will Be Developed Within The Territory Of The Autonomous Community Of La Rioja, Although, Extraordinarily, For Reasons Of Emergency And Assistance To Other Administrations, The Helicopter And Carif Could Temporarily Work Outside Said Community Autonomous.
