Tenders are invited for 78 units of Laptops. GIZ is a federally owned enterprise and is supporting the German Government in achieving its objectives in the field of international cooperation for sustainable development. GIZ implements the technical cooperation project entitled Improving Social Protection and Health (ISPH) in Cambodia. The project is commissioned by Germany (the Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development) and is co-financed by Australia (the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade). The project provides technical support to the Government of the Kingdom of Cambodia in the areas of social protection and health system strengthening. The National Social Protection Policy Framework (NSPPF) 2016 - 2025 in 2016 has endorsed by government. NSPPF consists of two pillars, a social security and social assistance. NSPPF is under leadership of National Social Protection Council (NSPC). Origianlly Payment Certification Agency for Health Equity Fund based in Ministry of Health. Sub decree on Transformation of Health Payment Certification Agency to National Payment Certification Agency is promulgated on July 2023. NPCA is mandated to administratively and technically support NSPC in certifying requests for reimbursments for (1) health services used under Health Equity Fund framework and (2) clinical services used under National Social Security Funds Health Care Scheme and Working Injury Scheme. We intend to seek a locally registered company/supplier with a valid Patent Tax to award the procurement of goods described in the enclosed procurement documents.
