Tenders are invited for Supply of Office Goods / Electrical Equipment / Electronic Items 2.3.1 Wooden Furniture and Steel Goods 2.3.2 Computer Tables and Chairs 2.3.3 Fibreglass, Plastic Goods 2.3.4 Glass Pads 2.3.5 Electronic Goods 2.3.6 Cameras and Accessories 2.3.7 Street Lamps / Solar Powered Street Lamps and Supply accessories 2.3.8 LED Bulbs, CFL Bulbs, Filament Bulbs 2.3.9 Horn Speakers, Loud Speakers, Microphones 2.3.10 Generators 2.3.11 Fans 2.3.12 Canopy Units 2.3.13 Electric Kettles, Boilers, Dry Batteries, Torches 2.3.14 CCTV Accessories 2.3.15 Fire Fighting equipment and protective clothes. Prospective Suppliers can submit applications for Five Categories one each per Category as per the Specimen stated in the Notice Leaflet for the Year 2024 for the above stated Goods and Services. Each requested Category should be accompanied with a photocopy of the receipt received for the payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs.1000.00 per application. The registration fee could either be paid by cash or deposited in the A/C No. 3535487 at the Diyatalawa Branch of the Bank of Ceylon drawn in favour of the Secretary, Haputale Pradeshiya Sabha and a copy of the Receipt thus received attached with the application. Separate applications should be prepared for each Category and Supply of Service Categories and could be sent to be received on or before 15.12.2023 as stated in the Para 04 below. After the above deadline, any new application for Registration will be charged a sum of Rs. 2000/ = (non- refundable during the year.
