Tenders are invited for Supply of Metal, River Sand / Washed Sand, Earth, Gravel, etc Supply of Goods (Constructions) 1.1 All Sizes of Metal 1.2 River Sand / Washed Sand 1.3 Supply of Earth, Gravel 1.4 Tar and Tar Related Products 1.5 Supply of Road Maintenance Tools and Equipment (Mammoties, Kattys, Wheelbarrows, etc.) 1.6 Supply of Building Materials (Cement / Steel Pods / Varieties of Paint and Other Building Materials) 1.7 Supply of Hume Pipes 1.8 Supply of Pre-Caste Concrete Items 1.9 Supply of Interlocking Bricks 1.10 Electrical Accessories for Buildings 1.11 Gi Pipes 1.12 Steel Plates 1.13 Plastic Water Tanks / Water Filters / Water Filter Machines 1.14 Maintenance Equipment (Electrical and Telephone Hiring Accessories, Varieties of Nails, Testers, Screw Drivers, etc.) 1.15 Scaffolding with Iron Pipe Frames Prospective Suppliers can submit applications for Five Categories one each per Category as per the Specimen stated in the Notice Leaflet for the Year 2024 for the above stated Goods and Services. Each requested Category should be accompanied with a photocopy of the receipt received for the payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs.1000.00 per application. The registration fee could either be paid by cash or deposited in the A/C No. 3535487 at the Diyatalawa Branch of the Bank of Ceylon drawn in favour of the Secretary, Haputale Pradeshiya Sabha and a copy of the Receipt thus received attached with the application. Separate applications should be prepared for each Category and Supply of Service Categories and could be sent to be received on or before 15.12.2023 as stated in the Para 04 below. After the above deadline, any new application for Registration will be charged a sum of Rs. 2000/ = (non- refundable during the year.
