Gulf Air will send the hotel its monthly schedule ahead of time, which will enable the hotel to make the necessary arrangements and have the required rooms available. In the event of flight cancellation, Gulf Air will notify the hotel at least 24 hours prior The Company intends to contract with the successful bidder for a period of FIVE (5) years commencing from the date of finalizing the tender process. The currency quoted must be in Bahraini Dinars or based on the local currency of the vendor (EUR). Company will consider pricing as part of the evaluation criteria. Price will be used as a final indicator for determining the winning proposal when all other criteria have been normalized. However, large pricing differentials between bidders will be carefully examined.
