Request for proposals are invited for Human-Centered Design Research on the Lives of Garment Workers in Cambodia Scope of Work: The selected agency will be responsible for: 1. Designing a human-centered research lean methodology (that prioritizes the voices and experiences of female garment workers at two factories). 2. Conducting in-depth interviews, focus group discussions, with female and male garment workers, as well as relevant stakeholders, such as factory managers and supervisors, and infirmary staff. 3. Analyzing the data collected and identifying key insights and challenges. 4. Providing actionable recommendations based on the findings to inform the design of interventions. 5. Submitting a research report including executive summary, research methodologies, findings and analysis, recommendations, and conclusions. 6. Delivering a power point presentation that highlights all key findings, insights, and recommendations. 7. Handing raw data, research notes etc. in word/excel formats.
