The City Of Roswell, Georgia, (Owner) Is Requesting Bids From ***City Of Roswell Pre-Qualified Stormwater Lining Contractors*** For The Construction Of The Following Project: Multiple Site Locations Stormwater Lining Projects Itb# 23-340-A. The City Is Seeking Bids From Contractors Who Have Been Pre-Qualified By The City Of Roswell To Provide Stormwater Lining Services. The Project Comprises Of Three (3) Separate Site Locations, Each With Its Own Plans And Specifications. It Involves The Cleaning And Restoration Of Corrugated Metal Pipes (Cmp) Using Either Cured-In-Place Pipe (C.I.P.P) Or Structural Concrete Methods. Additionally, Any Issues With The Associated Structures Shall Be Addressed. Outlet Protection Will Be Installed According To G-Dot D-55B Guidelines. Any Grassed Areas That Are Disrupted During The Project Will Be Restored With Suitable Sod, And Any Landscaped Areas Affected Will Be Returned To Their Pre-Construction Condition. Bids For The Construction Of The Project Will Be Received At The Location, Date And Time Provided For And On The City S Official Bid Management And Receipt Platform, Accessed Using The City S Designated Website: Https://Roswellgov.Bonfirehub.Com/Opportunities. At That Time The Bids Received Will Be Publicly Opened And Read Aloud. The Bid Opening Will Also Be Provided Via Simultaneous Zoom Virtual Meeting. Zoom Information Will Be Provided On The Designated Website. A Bid Bond In The Amount Of 5% Is Required. Payment And Performance Bonds Equal To 100% Of The Awarded Contract Value Are Required. The City Reserves The Right To Reject Any One Or All Bids. A Pre-Bid Conference Is Not Planned As Of The Date Of Advertisement.
