1) Part I - Performing Minor And Emergency Construction Works In The General Construction Industry For Residential And Public Buildings Administered By The Housing Management Office In 2024. 1. During The Term Of The Contract, The Following Works May Be Performed: Brickwork, Plastering, Flooring And Cladding Works, Disassembly And Assembly Of Construction Joinery, Insulation Works, Painting Works, Paving Works. 2. On The Day Of Receiving Information About The Occurrence Of Works, The Detailed Scope Of Work Should Be Agreed With The Supervision Inspectors And The Task Should Be Started No Later Than 3 Business Days (Response Time As Indicated In The Offer - The Reaction Time Is The Criterion For Evaluating The Offers) From Notification.3. Basic Scope Of Works Is Included In The Bill Of Quantities Constituting Annex 9.1 To Swz.4. Due To The Very Large Diversity Of The Scope Of Works, The Scope Of Works Will Each Time Be Settled By The Ordering Party On The Basis Of An As-Built Cost Estimate, Prepared On The Basis Of The Typing Report, Quantity Of Works, In Accordance With The Unit Prices Available In The Offer Cost Estimate, And According To The Prices And Rates Of Price Drivers Provided By The Contractor In The Offer. Works Worth Up To Pln 2,000.00 Net Will Be Ordered And Settled Based On A Lump-Sum Offer For A Given Work Submitted By The Contractor And Approved By The Ordering Party. 5. The Purchase Prices Of Other Materials Not Included In The Offer Will Be Calculated Up To The Average Prices With Purchase Costs Published In Sekocenbuds Issues From The Quarter In Which The Work Was Performed, And In The Absence Of Them, The Inspector May Request Access To The Invoices For The Purchase Of Material Or Equipment.6. Rental Prices For Other Equipment Not Included In The Offer Will Be Calculated In The Amount Of The Average Prices Together With One-Off Costs Published In Sekocenbuds Notebooks From The Quarter In Which The Work Was Performed. 7. All Materials Used To Perform The Work Should Have The Appropriate Certificates, Approvals And Approvals For Use In Construction Required By Applicable Law. The Contractor Will Always Present Documents Confirming The Above At The Request Of The Supervision Inspector.8. The Conditions For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works Are Included In Stwior, Which Constitutes Annex No. 8.1 To Swz.9. The Ordering Party Assumed As An Estimate 9 Times The Amount Of Work Indicated In The Bill Of Quantities For Residential Buildings Or Works Subject To 8% Vat, And 7 Times For Public Buildings Or Elements Subject To 23% Vat. 12. During The Execution Of The Works, The Contractor Will Maintain Law And Order In The Area Where He Is Performing Them, And Will Also Ensure Safety And Fire Protection Conditions. Specified In Specific Regulations.2) The Contractor Will Provide, For The Duration Of The Works Covered By The Subject Of The Order, Management With Appropriate Construction Qualifications And Qualified Workers.3) The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order On The Terms And Conditions Described In The Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 4.1 To The Swz. 4) If The Ordering Party Has Indicated In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Trademarks, Patents Or Origins, Sources Or A Specific Process That Characterizes The Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor, It Is Allowed To Offer Solutions Equivalent To Those Described, Provided That They Maintain The Same Minimum Technical And Quality Parameters And Functional, Etc. 5) The Contractor Who Refers To Equivalent Solutions Is Obliged To Demonstrate That The Solution He Offers Meets The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party. In Such A Case, The Contractor Attaches To The Offer A List Of Equivalent Solutions Along With Its Description Or Standards. 6) If The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Includes References To Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described. 7) The Ordering Party Also Informs That The Future Contractor Is Ordered To Secure The Construction Site Against Access By Third Parties, Maintain Law And Order During The Works, And Tidy Up After The Works Are Completed.
