The Contractor Will Mow Twice A Year The Sides Of All District Roads And Parts Of The Ditches Located Next To Them (The Ordering Party Will Specify The Date Of Mowing And Its Exact Scope).4. The Ordering Party Will Designate The Contractor Ditches And Roadsides Where Bushes And Self-Seeding Trees Should Be Cut Down (The Exact Location Of The Bushes Will Be Determined On A Working Basis). 5. The Scope Of Work, Type Of Equipment, Execution Of Work, Quality Control Of Work As Well As The Basis For Payment Are Included In The Technical Specifications, Which Constitute Annex No. 3 To This Specification Of Order Conditions.6. The Subject Of The Order Will Be Implemented And Accepted In Stages Depending On The Needs Of The Ordering Party.7. The Contractor Is Obliged To Secure Appropriate Equipment And Materials To Perform The Subject Of The Order On Its Own And At Its Own Expense.8. The Ordering Party Will Carry Out Random Checks On The Implementation Of Works Specified In The Subject Of The Order. Non-Performance, Omission Or Improper Performance Of The Subject Of The Order Will Be The Basis For Charging Contractual Penalties.9. Contractors Submitting Offers Are Obliged To Familiarize Themselves With The Relevant Provisions Of Law, Acts And Regulations In Force In Poland, Which May In Any Way Affect Or Refer To Activities Undertaken In Connection With The Public Procurement And Following The Signing Of The Contract. 10.
