1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Collection, Transport And Management Of Waste From The Municipal Cemetery In Radom. 2. Code And Name Of The Order According To The Common Procurement Vocabulary (Cpv): 90511000-2 - Waste Collection Service 3. Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Sopz) Is Included In The Annex To The Agreement. 4. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Following Services: 4.1 Collection, Transport And Management Of Waste From The Municipal Cemetery In Radom, Including: 1) Other Municipal Waste: Unsegregated (Mixed) Municipal Waste, Code: 20 03 01; 2) Waste From Gardens And Parks - Including Cemeteries; A) Biodegradable Waste, Code: 20 02 01; (B) Other Non-Biodegradable Waste, Code 20 02 03; 3) Collection Of Segregated And Selectively Collected Municipal Waste: A) Paper And Cardboard, Code: 15 01 01; B) Glass, Code: 15 01 07; 4) Construction Waste, Code: 17 01 01; 5) Waste Electrical And Electronic Equipment: A) Waste Equipment Containing Hazardous Elements Other Than Those Listed In 16 02 09 To 16 02 12; Code: 16 02 13* (Fluorescent Lamps); B) Waste Equipment Other Than Those Mentioned In 16 02 09 To 16 02 13, Code: 16 02 14, C) Hazardous Elements Or Components Removed From Waste Equipment, Code: 16 02 15*, D) Elements Removed From Waste Equipment Other Than Listed In 16 02 15, Code: 16 02 16, 6) Batteries And Accumulators: A) Alkaline Batteries (Except 16 06 03) Code: 16 06 04 4.2 Waste Collection From The Municipal Cemetery In Radom: In The Municipal Cemetery The Following Regulations Will Apply: Container And Container Waste Collection System. 4.3 Unsegregated (Mixed) Municipal Waste (Waste Code 20 03 01) 1) Unsegregated Municipal Waste Will Be Collected From Containers With A Capacity Of 1,100 Liters And From Containers With A Capacity Of 7 M3 (Kp-7) Without A Top Cover. Frequency Of Waste Collection: At Least Once A Week Or As Needed Upon Notification When Bins And Containers Are Full. 4.4 Separately Collected Municipal Waste (Segregated Waste) (Codes: 15 01 01; 15 01 07). Collection Of Selectively Collected Waste At The Municipal Cemetery In Radom Will Take Place In A Container System. Waste Collection Frequency (Code: 15 01 01): At Least Once Every Two Weeks. Frequency Of Waste Collection (Code: 15 01 07): At Least Once A Quarter.1) Two Types Of Containers Are Introduced: A) A Container With A Cover Marked In Blue For: Paper, Cardboard, Paper And Cardboard Packaging; B) Container Without A Cover, Marked Green, Intended For: Glass And Glass Packaging. 2) Colors And Capacity: A) Container Marked In Green - With A Capacity Of Not Less Than 1,100 L; B) A Container Marked In Blue - With A Capacity Of Not Less Than 1100 L; 4.5 Collection, Transport And Management Of Received Waste With The Code: A) Biodegradable Waste, Code: 20 02 01; Biodegradable Waste Will Be Collected In A Container System. 1) Colors And Capacity: Container Marked In Brown - With A Capacity Of 7 M3 (Kp-7) Without A Top Cover. Frequency Of Waste Collection: At Least 1 × Month. (B) Other Non-Biodegradable Waste, Code 20 02 03; Waste Will Be Collected From Containers With A Capacity Of 1,100 Liters And From Containers With A Capacity Of 7 M3 (Kp-7), Without A Top Cover. Frequency Of Waste Collection: At Least Once A Week Or As Needed Upon Notification In The Event Of Full Bins And Containers. 4.6 Collection, Transport And Management Of Collected Waste With Codes: 16 02 13* - Used Devices Containing Hazardous Elements Other Than Those Listed In 16 02 09 Until 16/02/12; 16 02 14 - Waste Equipment Other Than Those Mentioned In 16 02 09 To 16 02 13; 16 02 15* - Dangerous Elements Or Components Removed From Used Devices; 16 02 16 Items Removed From Waste Equipment Other Than Those Mentioned In 16 02 15; 16 06 04 - Alkaline Batteries (Except 16 06 03) Will Be Collected From Places Designated By The Ordering Party (They Will Be Collected From Containers With Lids With A Capacity Of 120 Liters). Collection Frequency – Twice A Year (Spring And Winter). 4.7 Collection, Transport And Management Of Received Construction Waste With The Code: 17 01 01 From The Municipal Cemetery In Radom In Accordance With The Needs And Instructions Of The Ordering Party, I.E.: A) Delivery Upon Telephone Notification, At Least One Container With A Capacity Of 7 M³ (Kp-7) Without Top Cover, To The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party Within The Municipal Cemetery. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Increase The Number Of Containers, Depending On The Needs And The Amount Of Waste Generated; B) Waste Collection Will Take Place Upon Telephone Notification Within 48 Hours; C) The Ordered Container Will Be Delivered To The Cemetery Within 48 Hours.4.8 The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide From 65 To 75 Functional And Aesthetic Metal Containers Without A Lid With A Capacity Of Not Less Than 1,100 L And From 25 To 30 Pcs. . Containers Without A Top Cover With A Capacity Of Not Less Than 7 M³ For Waste, Containers With Lids With A Capacity Of 120 Liters, Up To 6 Pcs., Placed In Places And Quantities Indicated By The Ordering Party, Marked With The Name Of A Given Fraction, Marked With Colors: Blue - Paper, Green - Glass , Brown - Biodegradable Waste, Intended For Collecting Individual Waste Fractions. 4.9 The Contractor Is Obliged To Manage The Collected Waste In Accordance With Applicable Law, Including Environmental Protection Requirements, In Order To Achieve The Legally Required Levels Of Recycling, Preparation For Reuse And Recovery, And To Limit The Mass Of Biodegradable Waste Sent To Landfill. 4.10 The Ordering Party Will Ensure That The Containers Are Placed On A Hardened Surface And That They Have Access To Them. 4.11 The Contractor Undertakes To Remove Waste At The Request Of The Ordering Party, Made At Least One Day In Advance. The Parties Agree That The Contractors Response Time To The Call May Not Exceed 24 Hours, Excluding Saturdays And Public Holidays. 4.12 Each Performance Of The Service Must Be Confirmed By An Employee Of The Ordering Party With An Acceptance Protocol Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Contract. 4.13 The Contractor Ensures Loading Of Waste To Prevent It From Spilling. If Waste Spills During Loading, The Contractor Undertakes To Clean It Up. 4.14 In The Event Of A Larger Amount Of Waste Exceeding The Capacity Of The Containers, The Contractor Undertakes To Dispose Of Waste Collected Outside The Containers. The Number Of Additional Waste Containers And The Amount Of Additional Cubic Meters Of Waste Will Be Confirmed By The Ordering Partys Employee In The Protocol Referred To In Section. 4.12 4.15 If The Containers Are Overfilled Due To The Contractors Failure To Respond To The Ordering Partys Request, The Contractor Undertakes To Collect Waste Collected Outside The Containers Without Remuneration. 4.16 The Contractor Is Obliged To Periodically, But At Least Once A Quarter, Wash And Disinfect Containers Used To Perform The Service. 4.17 The Contractor Is Obliged To Immediately, But No Later Than Within 7 Days From The Date Of Notification, Replace Damaged Containers And Containers. 4.18 The Amount Of Waste Referred To In Section 1 May Be Reduced, But Not More Than By 10%, Or Increased During The Term Of The Contract. The Ordering Party Accepted And Indicated In The Price Table, Which Is An Integral Part Of The Offer Form, The Approximate Annual Amount Of Each Type Of Waste Based On The Needs Analysis. The Types And Quantities Of Waste Are Estimated And May Change Depending On The Needs Of The Ordering Party, To Which The Contractor Agrees And Will Not Pursue Any Claims For Changes In Quantity And Type During The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order. 4.19 The Contractor Undertakes To Comply With The Cemetery Regulations, In Particular Not To Disrupt The Course Of Funeral Ceremonies And To Comply With The Instructions Of The Cemetery Management Regarding The Operation And Functioning Of The Cemetery. 4.20 The Contractor Bears Full Responsibility For Any Damage To The Surface Of Roads And Squares, Greenery, Elements Of Small Architecture, Tombstones Or Other Devices Located In The Cemetery. 4.21 After Holidays (Christmas, Easter, All Saints Day), The Cemetery Area Must Be Tidied Up Without Undue Delay, No Later Than Within Two Calendar Days.
