Materials For Low-Current Installations1. The Order Includes The Supply Of Electrical Materials For Low-Current Installations (Lan, Rtv, Sap) For The Needs Of Powiatowe Przedsi biorstwo Drogowo-Budowlane Sp. Z O. O. 2. Determination Of The Subject And The Size Or Scope Of The Order: Quantitative Scope And General Requirements Are Included In Table No. 1, Constituting An Annex To The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Part I.3. The Subject Of The Order - Materials For Low-Voltage Installations - Are To Be Brand New, Free From Defects And Damage, And Have All The Required Approvals For Use In Construction (B, Ce Mark And Approvals And Certificates Indicated In Individual Items Of The Order). The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver The Subject Of The Order To The Ordering Party Within The Time Specified In The Contract For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order And The Swz. 4. Deliveries Will Be Made Successively According To The Requirements Submitted By The Ordering Party - The Response Time From The Date Of Submission Of The Request Is In Accordance With The Deadline Indicated In The Contractors Offer, No Longer Than 20 Days. 5. Together With The Delivery Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party With The Necessary Documents Related To The Subject Of The Order.6. The Required Quality Warranty Period Is Min. 12 Months.7. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Ordering Party With A Written Quality Guarantee For The Delivered Subject Matter Of The Order For The Period Indicated In The Offer, Counted From The Date Of Signing The Delivery And Acceptance Protocol By The Representatives Of The Parties. The Detailed Conditions Of The Quality Guarantee Are Specified In The Warranty Card Issued And Delivered To The Ordering Party.8. The Contractor Will Deliver The Subject Of The Order At His Own Expense To The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party. Unloading In The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party Using The Contractors Unloading Means (E.G. Hds, Forklift, Pallet Truck, Car Lift).9. The Place Of Delivery Of The Subject Of The Order Is: Ul. Augustowska 2, 16-150 Suchowola.10. The Acceptance Of The Subject Of The Order Includes, In Particular, Checking The Compliance Of The Subject Of The Order With The Requirements Of The Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Contractors Offer.
